🛍 Can I Order a Fully Bespoke Gown?
Yes. We specialize in fully bespoke bridal gowns. During your consultation, we will define the design, fabrics, and finishing details together to create a one-of-a-kind gown tailored exclusively to you.
📏 How Do I Take My Measurements for an Online Order?
We provide a detailed measurement guide to help you take your measurements accurately from home. You may also schedule an appointment in our showroom for professional measurements taken by our team.
⏳ What Are the Production Timelines?
Bespoke Gowns: Approximately 4 months, including several validation stages throughout the creation process.
Ready-to-Order Designs: Typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on availability.
✅ How Does the Validation Process Work for a Bespoke Gown?
To ensure your gown perfectly reflects your vision, we conduct validation checkpoints throughout the creation process, including:
- Approval of the design, fabrics, and materials before production begins.
- Validation of the structure, fit, and key details during the main stages of craftsmanship.
- Final approval once the gown is completed, before delivery.
This collaborative approach allows us to refine every detail and ensure your gown meets the highest standards of quality, comfort, and elegance.
Payment & Terms
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, secure credit or debit card payments (3D Secure), and PayPal.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order value is required to confirm and begin your order.
When Is the Remaining Balance Due?
The remaining 50% balance is payable once your gown has been completed in our atelier and before shipping or collection from our showroom.
Delivery & Pickup
Do You Offer Home Delivery?
Yes. We offer complimentary delivery throughout Europe. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey every step of the way.
Can I Collect My Gown from the Showroom?
Absolutely. You may collect your order free of charge from our showroom by appointment.
What If My Order Is Urgent?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on our atelier schedule and the complexity of your gown, we may be able to offer an express production service for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I Return My Gown If It Doesn't Meet My Expectations?
- Bespoke gowns and personalized accessories are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
- Standard gowns and non-personalized accessories may be returned within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Are Alterations Included?
- For bespoke gowns, alterations up to a value of €150 are complimentary.
- Standard gowns do not include alterations and any adjustments required will be charged separately.
Can I Request Modifications After Receiving My Gown?
Yes. Additional modifications can be carried out after delivery; however, they are subject to a minimum charge of €150, depending on the extent and complexity of the adjustments requested.
